Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan Special Education (SPED) License (please provide verification)
  • Experience with elementary or middle school populations (please specify your preference)
  • Ability to manage resource classroom caseloads (10–11 students per group)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct special education services to assigned caseloads in resource settings
  • Implement and adapt IEPs for students’ unique learning needs
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
  • Maintain accurate records and support compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in professional development and school meetings
