Key Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility for certification upon hire)
• Experience teaching or working with students across multiple grade levels (K-12)
• Strong understanding of IEP process, implementation, and documentation
• Familiarity with instructional modifications and accommodations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver customized instruction for students with diverse learning needs
• Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Track student progress and keep accurate records
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, therapists, and families
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and IEP meetings
