Special Education Teacher in Marysville, CA

This full-time, onsite position is a chance to work directly with students, making a difference in their educational journey for the 2026-2027 school year (September 14, 2026 – June 4, 2027). With a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours, you'll be an integral resource, collaborating with staff to serve students in need of individualized support.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching credential (California)
• Experience or training in resource, self-contained, or inclusion classroom settings
• Passion for working with students with diverse learning needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and staff
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school environments
• Ability to maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct special education instruction and support services aligned to IEPs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational plans for assigned students
• Partner with general education teachers and specialists to accommodate and modify curriculum
• Conduct assessments and track student progress toward learning goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation
• Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students
