What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Special Education teaching credentials appropriate for the K-3 level
• Experience working with students diagnosed with specific learning disabilities (SLD)
• Familiarity or previous work with students affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI) is strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt instruction and materials to meet a variety of educational and developmental needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective partnership with parents, staff, and administration
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
• Availability for placement beginning ASAP through the end of the school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group instruction to K-3 students with SLD and TBI
• Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and support staff
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student growth and classroom activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with special education regulations
• Participate in team meetings and school initiatives as required
