Key Qualifications:

  • Valid LBS1 IL Professional Educator License (PEL), K-22
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
  • Previous experience working with students in learning, emotional, or autism spectrum programs
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver differentiated instruction tailored to students’ unique needs, abilities, and IEP goals
  • Assess academic and behavioral progress, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with general education staff, therapists, and families for comprehensive student support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and compliance requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to evaluations, plans, and team discussions
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth each day within a positive, structured setting

This position offers a competitive hourly rate from $37 to $55, matching your expertise and dedication with rewarding compensation.
