Three contract-to-hire roles are available in the Maywood, IL area, with assignments running ASAP through June 18, 2027. Open Positions:

• Self-Contained Autism Classroom, K-12
• Elementary Therapeutic Day School (focus on students with significant social/emotional needs)
• High School Therapeutic Day School (focus on students with significant social/emotional needs)

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement (K-22 required, but candidates who are working toward licensure or hold relevant out-of-state credentials may also be considered)
• Proven expertise in managing diverse student needs, including autism or significant social/emotional challenges
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management abilities
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and support student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and accommodations based on students’ IEPs
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with school staff, therapists, and families to support each learner
• Track progress, document intervention strategies, and report outcomes
• Promote social, emotional, and academic growth for all students

Offered on a contract-to-hire basis, these roles provide a pay range of $40–$55 per hour, reflecting your expertise and commitment.
