This academic year engagement (July 29, 2026 – May 27, 2027) requires full-time dedication at 37.5 hours per week across select elementary and primary schools. Your expertise will make a difference in specialized programs focusing on early childhood and K-8 student populations.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid and active South Carolina Teaching License (required)
• Dual certification: Special Education AND Early Childhood Education (required for certain roles)
• Multi-Categorical endorsement for self-contained settings
• Experience or comfort with multiple resource and self-contained classroom environments (K-8)
• Strong commitment to supporting individualized learning plans
• Ability to foster an inclusive, supportive classroom culture

Key responsibilities:

• Provide tailored instruction and support for students in K-8, including PCD (Primary Cognitive Disabilities), Multi-Categorical, ED (Emotional Disturbance), and Early Childhood Resource programs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general educators and support teams to deliver interventions and monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate records and ongoing communication with families
• Uphold compliance with all state, district, and federal guidelines
