What you’ll do:

• Provide 1:1 special education instruction tailored for a student requiring behavioral support
• Collaborate closely with a teaching assistant to create a productive, nurturing environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Utilize positive behavior intervention strategies to support student success
• Maintain progress notes and participate in parent and staff meetings as required
• Foster a supportive relationship with the student, encouraging personal and academic growth
