Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license (ABS, ASD, EBD, SLD, or a comparable licensure).
• Previous experience in 1:1 instructional settings is highly valued.

• Commitment to creating inclusive, positive classroom communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized instruction tailored to the specific goals outlined in each student’s IEP, ensuring academic and personal growth.
• Track and document student progress, maintaining clear, organized records in compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Work closely with families, classroom teachers, and related service providers to ensure holistic support and continuity for each learner.
