• Certified to serve Comprehensive and Mild/Moderate or Intervention caseloads

• Understanding of differentiated instruction and effective behavioral strategies
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized lessons meeting students’ unique learning needs
• Assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary
• Develop and maintain IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and support staff
• Engage with families to ensure clear communication and promote student success
• Maintain thorough and accurate records and reports regarding student performance
• Support a positive learning atmosphere and promote student independence
