Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification required.
- Demonstrated experience working with students with special needs in self-contained or specialized settings.
- Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, aides, and administrators.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualized lessons tailored to each student's IEP goals.
