Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Current certification in Special Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Previous experience teaching in a special education setting strongly desired
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Effective communication skills with students, families, and colleagues
  • Strong classroom management and adaptive instruction abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other educators and support staff

Role Responsibilities:
