Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience with elementary or middle school populations preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to small groups and individual students based on IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure accommodations and modifications are implemented
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, behavior, and IEP compliance
• Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary teams regarding student growth and needs
• Contribute to planning and implementation of classroom activities and behavioral supports
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required
