Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education certification required (dual certification not necessary)
• Experience working with early childhood and elementary caseloads is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Deep understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs), differentiation, and evidence-based instructional strategies

Responsibilities Include:

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs in partnership with students, families, and school staff
