Openings include connections programs for 5th–6th grade, structured classrooms for elementary students, resource positions in middle schools (ELA focus), a self-contained high school classroom supported by paraprofessionals, and Pathways programming. Each assignment is 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (state-specific or eligible to obtain)
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Previous experience in special education settings strongly desired
• Confidence in adapting curriculum, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Commitment to creating supportive, differentiated learning environments

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with parents and staff
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure continued growth
