Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education license or certification, or demonstrated eligibility in Vermont
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs effectively
• Strong understanding of evidence-based instructional strategies for diverse learners

• Ability to communicate clearly with students, families, and colleagues
• Previous work with various disabilities, ranging from mild to moderate (preferred)
