Special Education Teacher - Middleton, WI

Key Qualifications:

• Hold valid Wisconsin Special Education Teacher credentials
• Demonstrated experience performing all standard special education roles and duties
• Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Ability to work with diverse K-12 caseloads
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Enthusiastic work ethic, growth mindset, and positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized instructional plans based on student needs
• Manage IEP processes and ensure compliance with educational requirements
• Foster an inclusive environment that encourages growth and participation
• Communicate progress and collaborate with parents, staff, and related service providers
• Utilize a range of instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles
• Maintain accurate records and document student performance

Compensation for this role ranges from $35-$50 an hour, depending on experience, job details, and location.
