Special Education Teacher - Milford, DE

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a self-contained setting
• Strong classroom management abilities and adaptive communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and families
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to student abilities
