Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans for students across three SPED classrooms
• Adapt lessons and materials to fit diverse student strengths and needs
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate student records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Partner with general educators and support staff to support students’ participation in inclusive activities
• Provide direct instructional support, intervention, and behavioral strategies within the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
• Foster a safe, positive, and respectful classroom environment
