Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid Special Education certification in Pennsylvania (SPED-PA)
• Previous experience teaching or supporting early childhood or preschool-aged children is ideal
• Knowledge of individualized instruction and best practices for students with diverse needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, parents, and administration
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students ages 3-5
• Provide direct instruction and support tailored to each child’s unique needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and families to ensure cohesive educational planning
• Collect and monitor student data to evaluate progress and adjust strategies
• Maintain accurate records and fulfill all compliance requirements
• Participate in meetings and professional development as needed
