What You’ll Bring:

• Valid Wisconsin certification for Special Education teaching
• Experience supporting K-12 students, including in self-contained and resource settings
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs

• Ability to manage diverse classroom needs and contribute effectively to a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored instruction for K-12 students with varying needs
• Manage either self-contained or resource caseloads, based on student requirements
• Develop, maintain, and execute IEPs in collaboration with staff and families
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages student growth
• Regularly communicate with parents, administrators, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust learning strategies
• Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and participate in team meetings
