Special Education Teacher

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher for a contract position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will support students with diverse learning needs by delivering individualized instruction and fostering an inclusive classroom environment. The ideal candidate is flexible, collaborative, and committed to helping every student achieve academic and personal success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) guidelines and federal special education laws.
• Provide differentiated and specialized instruction to meet the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students with disabilities.
• Track and report student progress, maintaining accurate records and adjusting instructional strategies based on data and assessments.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams to support inclusion, ensure compliance, and promote positive student outcomes.

Experience:

• Previous experience in schools preferred.

Education:

• Wisconsin Special Education License
