Key Qualifications:

• Valid teaching license with Special Education endorsement
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong understanding of various learning disabilities and instructional strategies

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging lessons and interventions for K-12 students receiving special education services
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed to promote growth
• Develop and maintain accurate IEP records, goals, and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Foster a positive, supportive classroom that encourages participation and self-advocacy
• Collaborate with general education teachers, counselors, therapists, and families to ensure holistic support
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and ongoing school initiatives
