Desired Qualifications:

• Valid teaching license in Special Education (or eligibility in Minnesota)
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred, but open to motivated new graduates
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

• Familiarity with current instructional strategies and assistive technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized lesson plans tailored to students’ specific needs and learning styles
