Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Teaching Credential in Special Education: Developmental Cognitive Disabilities
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional instruction tailored to a diverse range of learning needs
• Previous experience in a center-based or similar special education classroom preferred
• Skilled at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, caregivers, and administration
• Strong organizational skills and a compassionate, adaptable teaching approach

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to students with developmental cognitive disabilities in a center-based classroom setting
• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to foster growth and skill development
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions
• Collaborate regularly with support staff, fellow educators, and families to ensure holistic student support
