If you’re passionate about early intervention, an additional position supports early childhood learners and includes meaningful home visit components.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota teaching license in Special Education required
• Experience managing diverse caseloads, including students with a variety of learning and behavioral needs
• Excellent communication skills for working with colleagues, students, and families
• Adaptable, collaborative, and patient approach
• Willingness to travel locally for early education home visits (if interested in that position)
• Ability to start ASAP and commit through June 2027

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with paraeducators, BEH aides, teachers, and families to support student success
• Deliver instruction in individualized and group settings
• Track student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
• Conduct home visits for early education position, fostering parent engagement and early development
