Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher License (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience serving students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD)
• Ability to adapt instruction and behavioral supports to unique student needs
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with colleagues and families
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, positive classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to EBD students
• Deliver engaging instruction in accordance with district guidelines and student plans
• Collaborate with support staff, families, and outside agencies to maximize student outcomes
• Track student progress, adjust strategies, and maintain detailed documentation
• Foster a structured, caring, and safe classroom environment to support social and emotional learning
