Key Qualifications:

  • Holds a Tier 3 Minnesota Department of Education License in Special Education.
  • Experience writing and implementing effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Skilled at working collaboratively with related services staff and general educators.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage documentation and adapt instruction as student needs evolve.
  • Passionate about promoting student independence, self-advocacy, and progress toward IEP goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored instruction and support to a caseload of 15 students with diverse learning needs.
  • Develop, implement, and update IEPs in alignment with district and state requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with families, staff, and service providers to ensure holistic student support.
  • Provide a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Collect and interpret data to monitor student progress and refine instructional approaches.
