Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized instruction based on student needs and IEP goals
• Create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, families, and support staff
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with special education requirements
• Promote student independence, confidence, and success

Required Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Special Education teaching license/certification required
• Special Education endorsements preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of special education practices and individualized instruction
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to creating an equitable and supportive learning environment
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
