Qualifications:

• Active Special Education licensure with Physical and Health Disabilities (P/HD) endorsement
• Experience supporting K-12 students in a school setting
• Capacity to conduct functional evaluations, write IEPs, and track student progress
• Strong skills in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to provide curriculum consultation and recommend assistive technology

Responsibilities:

• Itinerant support across multiple sites; deliver expert consultations on accessibility and curriculum modifications
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and manage all aspects of due process for students
• Develop, implement, and review individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with occupational and physical therapists, teachers, and administrators
• Ensure meaningful progress for students with physical and health disabilities
