There are two distinct openings:

Open Positions:

• Elementary classroom: requires a Level 3 MN Special Education Licensure
• Middle school classroom: also requires a Level 3 MN Special Education Licensure Both positions are full-time and span the full academic year.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Valid Level 3 Minnesota Special Education Licensure (required)
• Experience working with elementary or middle school students (as applicable)
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Adaptable, enthusiastic, and dedicated to fostering student growth

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver effective, individualized instruction in a supportive environment
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Develop and implement IEPs
• Maintain open, positive communication with families
• Participate in school-wide professional development
