• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and colleagues

What You’ll Do:

• Support K-12 students through direct and collaborative instruction in inclusive settings
• Adapt general curriculum to accommodate students’ varying needs and abilities
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Track student progress, completing required data collection and reporting
• Work closely with general education teachers to deliver appropriate accommodations
• Foster a positive, respectful classroom environment for students of all abilities
• Communicate effectively with families and other educational professionals
