• Strong commitment to fostering inclusive educational experiences
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, families, and colleagues
• Flexibility and adaptability to serve across K-8 grades or elementary levels as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct instruction to students with diverse needs and abilities in a supportive classroom setting
• Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and specialized staff to optimize student learning
• Maintain regular communication with parents and families regarding student progress and goals
