Soliant is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a supportive school district in Indiana for the 2026–2027 school year. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with disabilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet student needs
• Create a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, administrators, and families
• Support students’ academic, behavioral, communication, and social-emotional development

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Special Education teaching license/certification
• Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for supporting student success and growth
