What We’re Looking For:

• Arizona Special Education Teacher certification or eligibility required
• Experience working with high school students preferred
• Deep understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to participate in meetings before or after school hours
• Adaptability and a collaborative approach with staff and families

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering individualized instruction and support aligned with each student's IEP
• Collaborating with a dynamic team to create and adjust educational plans
• Actively participating in IEP meetings (typically before or after school)
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
• Engaging with families and related service providers to foster student growth
• Promoting an inclusive, positive classroom environment
• Managing a caseload that will be determined as registration continues
