Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Special Education teaching certification/license for Oregon.
  • Substantial experience managing behaviors in elementary settings, including physical aggression and elopement.
  • Proven skill leading high-volume Learning Resource Classrooms (LRC) with up to 43 students.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Candidates must provide contact information for their three most recent supervisors to be considered.

  • Deliver comprehensive instruction and behavior support within assigned classrooms.
  • Use evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
