Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
• Experience designing and implementing IEPs
• Effective classroom management and communication skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each student’s unique strengths and needs
• Monitor progress, adjusting goals and instructional approaches as necessary

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with district and special education requirements
• Guide paraprofessionals and classroom aides to optimize student success
