Desired Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education

• Commitment to inclusive practices and student-centered teaching
• Excellent communication and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver effective instruction based on student IEPs across assigned classroom type(s)
• Manage IEP writing, development, and case management, ensuring compliance with state and federal policies
• Collaborate with general education teachers and other specialists to provide a cohesive support system for students
• Foster an engaging, positive classroom environment that encourages academic and social growth
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to meet diverse needs
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student achievements and areas for growth
