Soliant is hiring Special Education Teachers to support self-contained classrooms serving students with life skills and behavior needs. These positions span both elementary and secondary levels and focus on providing consistent, structured, and supportive instruction.
What You’ll Do:

Lead a self-contained classroom with an emphasis on functional academics, daily living skills, and behavior supports

Develop and deliver individualized lessons aligned to each student’s IEP

Utilize evidence-based behavior interventions and collaborate with campus behavior teams

Guide and support paraprofessionals assigned to the classroom

Participate in ARD meetings and maintain compliance with all required documentation
What You Need:

Valid Texas Special Education Certification

Experience working in life skills or behavior-focused settings is strongly preferred

Ability to build rapport with students and maintain a positive, structured learning environment
