Make a meaningful difference in the lives of preschool-aged children by providing high-quality special education services in a dedicated early childhood setting. This full-time contract role spans the 2026-2027 school year, supporting young learners at Early Childhood Centers. Your expertise and passion will help nurture every student’s unique developmental journey.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver individualized instruction and developmental interventions to preschoolers with special needs
  • Design and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
  • Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and maintain all necessary compliance and documentation
  • Partner closely with families, therapists, and a multidisciplinary team to maximize student growth
  • Foster communication, social-emotional wellness, behavioral skills, and overall development
  • Take an active role in student evaluations, eligibility determinations, and IEP meetings

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Colorado Special Education License with Early Childhood endorsement, or eligibility through reciprocity
  • Background working with preschool-aged children, especially those requiring special education (preferred)
  • Deep understanding of child development and early intervention techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with families and team members
