Qualifications:
- Valid (or reciprocal) Colorado Special Education License
- Preferred experience with students with moderate to severe disabilities
- Proficiency in behavioral support and classroom management
- Experience leading paraprofessional staff is desirable
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to elementary students with significant support needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in line with student objectives
- Apply behavior intervention strategies and tailored supports
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, administrators, and families
- Track student progress and ensure compliance with required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning
