Qualifications:

• Valid (or reciprocal) Colorado Special Education License
• Preferred experience with students with moderate to severe disabilities
• Proficiency in behavioral support and classroom management
• Experience leading paraprofessional staff is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to elementary students with significant support needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in line with student objectives
• Apply behavior intervention strategies and tailored supports
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, administrators, and families
• Track student progress and ensure compliance with required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning
