Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Special Education License with Early Childhood Endorsement (or eligibility through reciprocity)
- Prefer experience with preschool-aged children

Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and developmental support to preschoolers with special needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and maintain compliance documentation
- Collaborate closely with families, therapists, and a multidisciplinary team
- Promote communication, social-emotional, behavioral, and developmental growth
- Participate in evaluations, eligibility determinations, and IEP meetings
