Qualifications:

• Valid, active special education teaching license (no pending licenses will be considered)
• For Extended Resource position (Full Time): Tennessee 461 endorsement required
• For Inclusion Teacher position (Part Time): Tennessee 144 or 145 endorsement accepted
• Experience working with 3rd-8th grade students in a special education setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in grades 3-8
• Provide targeted instruction and support to students within an Extended Resource classroom (full-time) or as an Inclusion Teacher (part-time)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and related service providers to ensure student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student performance and progress toward IEP goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
