Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certified Special Ed Teacher - Morrisville, North Carolina

In this role, you'll provide specialized instruction as a licensed Special Education Teacher for early childhood students in a collaborative educational environment. You'll work alongside another dedicated educator, ensuring personalized attention and support for each student.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Appropriate state licensure for Early Childhood Special Education
• Experience working in early childhood educational settings
• Familiarity with a variety of instructional methods, including both pull-out and push-in models
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective special education instruction tailored to early childhood students
• Split a manageable caseload between two teachers, ensuring individualized support
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with colleagues, families, and support staff
• Utilize a mixture of pull-out and push-in service models to meet student needs within both classroom and small group settings
• Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to instruction as needed
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment
