What You Bring:
- Valid Pennsylvania certification in PK-4 and/or Special Education (required; emergency permits not accepted)
- Experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably working with preschool-aged children
- Comfort with itinerant schedules and navigating between multiple community preschools
- Passion for individualized instruction and advocacy for students with special needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Your Role Will Involve:
- Managing a caseload of approximately 30 students ages PK-4 across community preschool sites
- Delivering tailored special education services in accordance with each student’s IEP
- Collaborating with families, teachers, and school staff to support student success
- Working Monday–Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm (35 hours/week)
- Receiving targeted guidance and training at the start to ensure a smooth transition
