Qualifications:
- Valid IL PEL with LBS1 endorsement (PK-22)

- Solid background in independently writing IEPs (including goal creation and completion)
- Flexibility in grade level assignment; open to both 3rd and 8th grade roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver instruction in self-contained, push-in, and pull-out settings for core subjects (math, reading, science, social studies)
- Provide student-centered classroom management and implement effective behavioral supports
- Draft, track, and manage IEPs independently for diverse learners
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student growth
- Ensure compliance with school policies and special education best practices
