Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification/license
• Experience working with students in special education settings
• Familiarity with developing and executing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt instruction and manage a diverse classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction tailored to student needs as outlined in their IEPs
• Monitor, document, and report student progress towards goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers and specialists to support inclusive practices
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
