Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Tennessee 461 Certification in Special Education (required).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
- Experience working in moderate to severe special education settings, preferably in a comprehensive development (CD) class.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with parents, colleagues, and support staff.
- Compassion, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
