Special Education Teacher 2026-2027 School Year

Position: Special Education Teacher (PreK–8)

We are proactively seeking passionate and dedicated Special Education Teachers for an anticipated opportunity supporting students from PreK through 8th grade in a supportive and collaborative school environment.

This role is ideal for educators who are committed to fostering inclusive classrooms, supporting diverse learning needs, and making a meaningful impact on student growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Adapt curriculum to meet a range of learning styles and abilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (LSB1)
• Experience working with PreK–8 students preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to student-centered learning and inclusion

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.05 to $53.05. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
