Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification (Michigan preferred or eligibility for reciprocity)
- Previous school-based special education experience strongly recommended

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve in one of the following roles: early childhood self-contained, elementary resource room (self-contained), elementary push-in/pull-out, or secondary (6-12) push-in/pull-out
- Design and implement IEPs, maintaining compliance with all state and federal guidelines
- Foster inclusive classroom environments and differentiated instruction
- Partner with school staff, families, and related service providers
- Document progress, assessments, and interventions accurately
